AirPenguins
Penguins that fly — autonomously, as a group, by flapping their wings.
Penguins can’t fly. These ones can.
Up to three AirPenguins glide through the air autonomously, guided by ultrasonic sensors that also keep them within their flight area. Their only propulsion is the flapping of their wings.
We developed all electronics, programming and navigation. First shown at the Hannover Messe in 2009, they have become eye-catchers worldwide.
